PENSACOLA BEACH WEDDING PACKAGES

The Basic Package consists of an Officiant and Filing of Official License with the Office of the County Clerk.  The couple is responsible for obtaining the license from the County Clerk and bringing it to the wedding. (Please see detailed information in the “Basics & Info” page, under the “License” tab.)

The  following items may be added to make your own package…..

Bamboo Arch - You can choose from flowers and greenery or fabric, or any combination you like.   See just a few ways we can make your bamboo look pretty. We don’t have a cookie cutter approach, we just make it beautiful every time. There may be a small set up fee depending upon the location of your wedding. *See friendly note below.  

 

 

Photos - We will provide an experienced photographer to take wonderful pictures of your wedding. You will receive a cd and 75  - 100 prints. Or choose a keepsake hardcover photo book with at least 50 photos along with your wedding cd.

Flowers – Carry a lovely bouquet of your favorite flowers. And the groom looks great with a boutonniere of his own. **

Rose Petal Heart - - Stand in a heart shaped design of fresh red or multi-colored rose petals, or on a carpet of fresh, cool petals that land where the breeze takes them. 

Sand Ceremony – The equivalent to the Unity Candle Ceremony, the Sand Ceremony symbolizes the joining of two lives together. We will provide a beautiful decanter engraved with your first names, date, and location of wedding.  Into this you each pour sand from the very beach upon which you stand or colored sand. 

White Chairs – Provide white chairs for your special guests. 

One Hour of Live Music of your Choice. – Music is what feelings sound like.  Guitar, Saxophone, Steel Drum or Violin.  Have instrumental music playing as your guests arrive, as the bride walks down the aisle, and after the first time you’re introduced as husband and wife. Take one beach, lots of sunshine, some good music, and you have just created a sweet memory. 

360 Wheel V.I.P. Car - Book the V.I.P. Gondola on the new 360 Wheel on the beach. See the beach, bays, sound and beyond from 200 feet above the sands while sipping on chilled champagne. Air conditioned and clear-bottomed, the V.I.P. car comfortably seats the two of you, the Officiant and photographer.  After you say “I Do,” enjoy a 1 hour photo session on the beach. 

Consultant. – If you have questions about the local area, or want to schedule hair, nails, or massage appointments, I can help. Tell me what you are looking for, I’ll be happy to do the legwork and find it for you! 

Public Address System – We will provide a small PA system that will ensure that all your guests can hear the ceremony. 

Butterfly Release – According to legend, by making a wish and giving the butterfly its freedom, the wish will be taken to the heavens to be granted.   The Butterflies are handled with meticulous care and will be resting soundly in the cool environment of an insulated cooler, designed specifically to protect them prior to release. We wouldn’t accept anything less. 

Two Dove Release – A two dove release by the bride and groom represents the beginning of a new life together. Doves can be released only in daylight hours to ensure a safe flight home.

* Normal set up is included in our Beach Wedding Packages.  Additional set up fees may apply depending on the accessibility to the set up location.  For instance, if the location of the wedding is farther than 20 miles from Pensacola Beach, if the location is more than 100 yards from access, or if there is no clear access to the location, i.e. stairs, travel around dunes, houses, etc. All of these instances involve timing and additional labor.  

 All of these circumstances will be discussed with you fully and with fairness. We ask that you clearly communicate the location of the wedding site with us in advance. Thanks!         

** A simple but elegant hand tied bouquet of roses in any color is especially classic and romantic. Other popular and beautiful choices are any single bouquet or combination of hand tied white Amaryllis, green Cymbidium Orchids, Roses, Hydrangeas, Green Button Mums, Daffodils, Lilies, Gerbera Daisies, Sunflowers, Zinnias.  Any choice of your favorite natural flower looks perfect against the backdrop of sand and water and sunlight. We will be happy to arrange to have your bouquet(s)  and/or boutonniere(s) ready for you.
